Week 4: Ezra Ch. 4

The exiles have gotten busy building the temple . . . and here comes opposition. They stand boldly at first, resolute in the mission God had given them. Then discouragement comes. And fear. And frustration. It was too much. Work on the house of God stopped altogether.

Have you ever felt defeated in pursuing something God called you to do? What do you do to cling to God when the enemy attempts to frustrate and discourage you?
